Delete your exacthere account
You can request deletion here even if you have uninstalled exacthere or cannot sign in.
Your account and associated app data, including your profile and saved addresses, are deleted. This cannot be undone.
Request deletion by email
- Email contact@ishas.club using the subject Delete my exacthere account.
- Include the email address registered to your exacthere account. Send from that address if you can.
- We may verify account ownership before processing your request. If you cannot access your registered email, explain this in your request so we can help verify ownership.
Never send your password. You do not need to reinstall the app to request deletion.
Email a deletion requestThis opens your email app. The request is sent only when you send the email. If the button does not work, email contact@ishas.club directly.
Delete from inside the app
Open Profile → Delete account, then select Delete in the confirmation dialog. Signing out or uninstalling the app does not delete your account.
What is deleted?
- Your exacthere account.
- Your account profile information.
- Your saved addresses, custom titles, nicknames and coordinates.
- Other app data associated with your account.
Messages already sent to other people or held by other apps are outside exacthere’s control. Provider-controlled technical logs and backups follow the provider’s applicable retention and deletion schedules.
