Privacy Policy

1. About this policy
exacthere helps you identify your current location, view its address and map pin, hear the area name aloud, save important places, and copy or share a location message.
The developer is listed as ISHA Services LLC on the Apple App Store and ISHAS on Google Play. This policy applies to exacthere on both platforms. Privacy inquiries can be sent to contact@ishas.club.
2. Information you provide
Account registration requests your email address, password, full name, address, phone number and gender. We use registration and profile information to create and manage your account. Your name is also included in location messages you choose to share.
When you save a place, its record includes the custom title, nickname, address, latitude and longitude. These records are associated with your account.
If you contact us, we receive your email address and the information you include in your request. Please never send your password.
3. Location, maps and voice
With your device permission, exacthere accesses your current location only while the app is open. It uses the location to identify your address, show your pin on Google Maps and support the location actions you request. exacthere does not access your location in the background.
You can withdraw location permission in your device settings. Location-dependent features may then be unavailable or limited.
The app uses Google Maps and related APIs to display maps and provide location information. Location and map requests are processed by the services needed to provide these features.
The speaker feature reads an area or location name aloud. Your device’s speech service processes the text needed for the readout; its behavior can depend on the device and speech service.
4. How information is used
- Provide registration, sign-in, account recovery and profile management.
- Identify and display your current address and map location.
- Read the area or location name aloud when requested.
- Store and retrieve places you choose to save.
- Prepare location messages for copying or sharing.
- Respond to support, privacy and deletion requests.
6. Firebase and Google services
exacthere uses Firebase, provided by Google, to store and process backend account and app data. It also uses Google Maps and APIs needed for location features.
These providers process the information required to deliver their services. Requests to provider services may also involve technical information such as IP addresses, device or app information and service logs, depending on the service used.
Google’s services may process information outside your country. Provider handling and retention depend on the service and its configuration.

7. Data retention and account deletion
Your account profile and saved places are kept to provide your account and saved-place features until you delete the relevant saved record or your account. Location information is processed to provide the location features you request.
Deleting your account deletes your account and all associated app data, including your profile and saved addresses. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Signing out or uninstalling the app does not delete your account.
To delete in the app, open Profile → Delete account → Delete in the confirmation dialog.
You can also request deletion by emailing contact@ishas.club or following our account-deletion instructions. Use the subject Delete my exacthere account and include the email registered to your account. We may verify account ownership to prevent unauthorized deletion. You do not need to reinstall the app to request deletion.
Provider-controlled technical logs and backups follow the provider’s applicable deletion and retention schedules; account removal does not imply instant erasure from every provider backup. Copies of messages held by recipients or other apps remain outside exacthere’s control.
8. Your choices and rights
You can update supported profile fields, change language, delete saved places, sign out, change device location permission or delete your account.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or obtain a copy of your personal information, restrict or object to processing, or complain to a privacy authority. Send privacy requests to contact@ishas.club. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
9. Security
Firebase documents HTTPS encryption for its services in transit. Protection also depends on access controls and the configuration of the app and its backend. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
10. Children and younger users
exacthere is designed for drivers, travelers and people visiting unfamiliar places. If you are a parent or guardian with a concern about a child’s account or information, contact contact@ishas.club so we can review the concern and arrange deletion where appropriate.
11. Policy updates and contact
We will update this policy when our data practices change and revise the date shown above. If future features introduce new data handling, those practices will be described in an updated policy.
